Fire Stopping & Penetration Sealing

Fire stopping is essential for maintaining the fire-resisting compartments within a building. RGS Fire Protection installs tested systems designed to restrict the spread of fire, smoke and heat through service penetrations, construction joints and openings.

Our services include batt and mastic systems, fire-rated compounds, pipe collars, wraps and linear joint seals. Every installation is completed in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s tested specification and the requirements of the building.

Compliance is our central focus. Every installation is documented via digital reporting platforms, providing contractors and building owners with a record of technical compliance and service traceability for O&M manuals.

SERVICE PENETRATIONS

Fire-stopping solutions for pipes, cables, cable trays, trunking, ducts and mixed-service penetrations passing through fire-resisting walls and floors.

Systems may include batt and mastic, pipe collars, wraps, sleeves and tested sealant systems.

Fire-stopping systems must be selected around the service type, opening, supporting construction and required fire performance. We install tested solutions for a wide range of penetrations, joints and service openings.
