Intrusive Survey

Physical inspection of structural voids and service penetrations to assess the integrity of fire-stopping seals and barriers.

STAGE 03

Defect Recording

Digital logging via RGS mobile platform, capturing time-stamped visual evidence of breaches for detailed traceability.

STAGE 04

Reporting & Remediation Plan

Comprehensive schedule of findings combined with a prioritised remediation strategy to ensure regulatory compliance.

Expert Fire Safety Guidance & Technical Support

RGS provides specialist technical guidance to help clients understand and address fire-stopping, compartmentation and fire-door defects identified through surveys and inspections. We assist with prioritising remedial works according to the level of fire-safety risk, helping ensure that all recommendations and completed works reflect the buildings fire strategy, manufactures' tested systems and relevant current legislation, guidance and British Standards, including BS 9991 and BS 9999 and Approved Document B, where applicable.
